With over ten years of experience working with parents, families, and children and with additional training in attachment parenting, trauma therapy, and TF-CBT, I have a passion for empowering families to obtain the skills they need to thrive. I have worked with adults, couples, teens, and children as a therapist in an outpatient setting to address a variety of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to PTSD. I also have experience working with clients individually, in their homes, via telehealth, as well as in a group setting.
I hold both a BSW and MSW from Salisbury University and am licensed as a clinical social worker in the state of Maryland. I completed 40-hour mediation training in Maryland and hold a special interest in conflict resolution. I have taken the 24 Hour Supervised Visitation Training through the Supervised Visitation Network and am also a Notary Public in Washington County, MD.
Living and working in Washington County for over fifteen years, I like to take advantage of all it has to offer. Whether it’s hiking the Appalachian Trail or taking our three dogs swimming in the Conococheague, I love being outdoors. I also enjoy eating out in local restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
